FORM OF PROXY
THE UNDERSIGNED member in good standing of the Grand Valley Construction Association hereby appoints Mark Mollison, Chair of the Board, or failing him, Rod Aitken, Secretary Treasurer of the Association, or instead of either of them, state who you would like as the proxy nominee of the undersigned to attend, vote and otherwise act for and on behalf of the undersigned in respect of all matters that may come before the Annual General Meeting of members of the Association to be held on the same extent and with the same power as it the undersigned were present at the said meeting or any adjournament(s) thereof.
I have authority to bind the above-named corporate member of the Association.
ANY MEMBER UNABLE TO ATTEND THE MEETING IN PERSON OR THROUGH AN ACCREDITTED REPRESENTATIVE MAY APPOINT A PROXY BY COMPLETING THIS FORM NO LATER THAN MARCH 1, 2024.
